Internship Reflection

My self designated weaknesses when it comes to course design are effective backwards-design of in-class activities, long-term project continuity, and creative implementation of FYC learning goals and outcomes.

As such, the main focus of my observation, and what I reflect upon here, are how I utilized the observation and subsequent journal to reflect upon and address these issues.
